Complaints Procedure
SawaSawa Home Management is a trading name of SawaSawa Online Limited.
At SawaSawa Online Limited we are committed to providing the highest quality service to everyone we deal with.
In order to ensure our services remain at a high and improving standard, we have a procedure through which you can let us know of for any reason you are not satisfied with your dealings with us.
We will fully investigate any complaints received and will provide a response within seven (7) working days of receiving the complaint.
