Duties and responsibilities may include:

  • Organising and Cleaning the home
  • Laundry and ironing
  • Preparing meals and meal planning including for meal kits e.g Hello Fresh, Gousto etc
  • Grocery Shopping including online orders
  • Running errands: parcel and mail postage, picking up groceries or collecting a prescription, school run, driving to birthday and other kids activities on your behalf.
  • Household chores: declutter, caring for plants, water reading, deep cleaning ovens, fridge&freezer, changing beds, meeting tradesmen and collecting deliveries
  • Childcare for school-age children including school pick-up, birthday party companion, homework support, school uniform prep

Flexible and personalised service:

Our team of professional housekeepers supports you at home with any tasks or routines you might be struggling with. Whether you only need someone a couple of hours a day, per week or full time, we can provide an experienced and trusted housekeeper that is right for you.

  • Housekeepers may live in your home, or live out.
  • Part Time: Working pattern might include 3 minimum hours up to 12 hours a day on specific days per week or one off
  • Full Time: Housekeeper works for you minimum 5 days maximum 6 days a week with a minimum fixed contract of six months to one Year.
  • Temporary: Housekeeper works 5 to 6 days a week for a short term period minimum one week and maximum three months.

All our staff are:

  • Employed by SAWASAWA after being vetted in person and reference checked
  • Updated Enhanced DBS that can be verified online
  • Fully Insured with employer liability
  • Proven experience with references available
  • Trained to a higher level including, First Aid, Food Hygiene, Health & Safety, Fire safety, Safeguarding, and Manual Handling.

For Nanny services we welcome bookings from families with additional needs. Please contact us before booking so we can ensure that we match you with a staff member who has the correct experience and training.

If the training you require support with is not mentioned here, please be reassured that it is highly likely we will be able to cover as our Housekeepers are trained in many areas of home management.

We ensure that you have support when you need it. This means that even when your regular assistant needs a break, we’ll arrange a suitable cover.
